One of the premier architectural practices in the world is looking for the following personell in Dubai
PRACTICE / PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Our client has an office of approx 24 people which consists of 2 directors, 3
senior architects and teams of architects reporting to them. They do not
presently have any draughtsmen so the architects undertake all of the
CAD drawing - on Autocad. The projects we are looking to staff up at
present are large scale commercial/residential projects, though these
are not the only type of work which we undertake. Our Client
has a strong design ethos so applicants need to be sensitive to this
as well as to the needs of commercially minded clients. The working
week is from Sunday to Thursday but frequently work evenings and
weekends depending on project demands.

ARCHITECTS WITH 6-10 YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE
• Will report directly to team leader
• Will have only limited direct contact with Clients - Client interface
is generally with Directors/Team Leaders
• Able to work with limited supervision
• Have understanding of project process
• Have experience in all stages of a project
• Have experience of detailing though not necessarily in all trades –
will be given guidance from senior team members
• Able to develop all aspects of portions of the buildings / trade
packages
• Able to coordinate and communicate directly with other consultants
• Able to oversee work of less experienced members of the team

ARCHITECTS WITH 4-6 YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE
• Will report directly to team leader
• Have basic understanding of project process
• Have basic experience of detailing
• Have basic experience of production information stage
• Experience of construction stage is an advantage
• Able to coordinate and communicate with other consultants but will be
overseen by senior members of team
